Standard Shipping TRACKED PARCELFORCE COURIER 1-3 DAYS £4.99
Any orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. This means your parcel will be collected by Parcelforce the following day.
Any orders placed after 3pm will be processed the Next Working Day. This means your parcel will be collected by Parcelforce the day after processing. However we will always do our best to have your parcel collected the following day of order placed if we can. ​​
Any orders placed over a weekend will be processed on the Monday.

ANY ORDERS PLACED FOR LOCAL SALON DELIVERY WILL BE DELIVERED ON THE UPCOMING WEDNESDAY. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ORDER ON A WEDNESDAY FOR DELIVERY THE SAME DAY, IT MUST BE BEFORE 12PM. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY OPTION IF YOU ARE NOT A SALON/ HOME BASED SALON.
LOCAL DELIVERY IS SOUTHPORT, BIRKDALE, AINSDALE, HILLSIDE, FRESHFIELD, FORMBY. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE IF YOU QUALIFY FOR FREE LOCAL SALON DELIVERY, PLEASE GIVE US A CALL.

TERRITORY AGREEMENTS
Please note we will NOT be able to supply certain goods to customers who fall out of Postcode brackets due to territorial agreements made. These territory agreements are made with ASP and Leyton House Professional. If your postcode is NOT PR,L37,L38,L39,L40 we will not be able to process your order if it includes Technical Products.​​

Returns - Exchanges
We will exchange a product within 14 days of purchase as long as the product has not been used, opened or damaged. Additional carriage charges may apply if goods are redelivered. We will require that the goods are sent back to us at KDM Supplies 1-1A Kensington Road, Southport, Merseyside, PR9 0RT, United Kingdom at your own cost or alternatively you may exchange in the store providing you have full proof of your order confirmation.

Returns - Faulty items/Refunds
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, we will happily exchange it within 30 days, provided that you have notified us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Alternatively, you can return any faulty goods to the store with a valid confirmation of purchase. Please note you will not be refunded any original delivery cost.
All unwanted returned items should be sent insured via recorded delivery to KDM Supplies 1-1A Kensington Road, Southport, Merseyside, PR9 0RT. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We do not collect goods.
www.kdmhairbeautysupplies.com advises you for your own protection to retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are damaged or lost in transit. www.kdmhairbeautysupplies.com requests that goods should be returned in their original sealed packaging where possible, with labels in-tact. Goods must be unused and in re-saleable condition. (This does not affect your statutory rights)
No refunds will be made on in respect of carriage charges levied on the original order. KDM Supplies is entitled to make a charge for damaged or missing items. This may affect the total amount credited to you.
